Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering Monday - Saturday, 8a-5p. We make every effort to ship on the day the order is placed, especially if before 10:00a MST. If placed after business hours, it will be shipped the following day. Please note that we are not able to ship on US federal holidays. There is no mail service on these days.
While we make every effort to ensure that your product arrives safely, we do lose some packages due to domestic and foreign postal systems. We want you to receive your products as much as you want them -- please be patient with us!
Please be advised that we offer International First Class mail at your own risk. We offer this to keep prices down for our international purchasers. We value your business, and appreciate it - but, please be warned that we have no means by which to track your package. We do, however, insure all shipments, but international orders are subject to a 30-day wait policy for reshipment. While most countries respect the 14-day USPS guarantee, we have had instances of this shipping method taking up to 60 days to reach you because of customs. Please use this as a last resort only. For international orders, we recommend only UPS or Priority/Express EMS Mail through the Postal Service.
The only method which can be tracked internationally is either UPS or USPS Express Mail. If you require something quickly and efficiently, please select one of these methods. It is the only method that is completely safe.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will include tracking information on your invoice we email you once your order has been processed. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to proceed or decide not to place your order.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will inform you immediately and ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
