At Focus On Music, we believe in providing excellent service to our customers on an ongoing basis. Our knowledgeable staff is comprised of some of the music world's most accomplished educators, performers and lecturers. In addition, all of our employees have a music background and several are certified and experienced music educators.  We strive to respond quickly and enthusiastically and are ready to field your order requests and answer any questions.  We do our best to respond to all emails within 24 hours, and return phone calls the next day if you catch us while we are away.  Don't ever think you are bothering us - it's what we are here for!

• We accept various methods of payment including Purchase Orders as well as  
• If paying with a check, a $20 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
• Focus On Music must receive payment in full before an order is shipped.
